What we Believe.

CONTACT

We believe in:

The Holy Scriptures accepting fully the writings of the Old and New Testaments as the inerrant word of God, verbally inspired in all parts and therefore altogether sufficient as our only infallible and authoritative rule of faith and practice.

We believe in:

The One True God who is perfect, infinite, and eternal in His being.  Creator and sustainer of everything, in heaven, in earth, and under the earth.  The God and Father of Jesus Christ the Lord.

We believe in:

The Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Word who became man by Virgin Birth, conceived by the Holy Spirit of God.  That he was (and is) God manifested in flesh, giving himself in death upon the cross becoming sin for every man, that every man could, by faith, become justified in Him.  We believe he died according to the scriptures, was buried, and rose again the third day,  That he is at the right hand of God making intercession for all who believe.

We believe in:

The Holy Spirit that He convicts the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment; that the regenerates, indwells, baptizes, seals and anoints all who become children of God through Jesus Christ the Lord; sanctifying, teaching, and guiding all believers surrendered to Christ.

We believe in:

The Trinity.  God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  There is only one God, but in the unity of the God head, there are three eternal and co-equal persons; the same in substance, but distinct in existence,, being.

We believe in:

Salvation is by God's Grace, through one's faith in Jesus Christ the Lord; the gift of God, not merited or secured by any virtue of man.

We believe in:

All men by Nature are sinful and by choice lost; separated from God because of sin and lost because they refuse to repent of their sins and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ who paid the penalty for their sin, making them acceptable unto God.

We believe in:

The Priesthood of all believers.  That Christ is our Great High Priest and through Him every born-again believer has direct access into God's presence without the need of a human priest.  There is "one mediator between God and man, Jesus Christ the Lord."

We believe in:

Righteous living and Godly morality.  Not as a means of salvation, but evidence and fruit of our "New Birth."

We believe in:

The Lordship of Jesus Christ.  That he alone is Head of the Body of Christ, the Church.

We believe in:

The importance of the Local Church.  That a New Testament Church is a local assembly of born-again, baptized believers meeting together enabling us to carry out the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We believe that each New Testament Church is free to govern itself according to the Word of God, without ecclesiastical interference, and that the Church should be separate from the state, with each having definite and distinct spheres of responsibility as God so ordained.

We believe in:

The second coming of Christ in the air to rapture, (takeout) His Church, which is imminent and "our blessed hope.:  That the world will so through "Great Tribulation" and at the end of seven years Christ will return to earth with His saints, (Old and New Testament), and establish a 1,000 year reign of peace prior to entering our eternal state in Heaven.

We believe in:

Future Life, Bodily Resurrection and Eternal Judgment.  That when a non-believer dies their soul immediately goes to Hell (Hades)  That when the believer dies his/her spirit goes directly to Heaven to be with Christ and when He returns to earth, bodies will be resurrected and enter into a thousand year reign with Christ on earth; but all unsaved non-believers, (living and dead), shall be resurrected, judged, and cast into a "Lake of Fire" eternally tormented and separated from God, because they refused Christ while living here on earth.
